Check in Procedures
AirAsia's Web Check-in allows you to check-in up 7 days prior and up to 4 hours before your flight departs. All you need is an internet connection, a printer, and your travel itinerary.

If travelling to an international destination, you are required to validate your Web/Kiosk boarding pass at the airport's Self Check-In counter. Your boarding pass is invalid until it is stamped as proof of validation.
If you are travelling to East Malaysia, you must comply with Article 6.6 (Document Advisory) and Article 6.5 (Travel Documents) of AirAsia's Terms &Conditions of Carriage .
Yes, AirAsia's Mobile Check-in allows you to check-in up 7 days prior and up to 4 hours before your flight departs. This service is available for all Internet-enabled mobile phones. Guests will be able to print their boarding passes using the 2D barcode scanners or Self Check-In Kiosks at the airport. To check in via mobile visit mobile.airasia.com.
The Baggage Drop and Travel Document Check counter is available at all airports. The counter opens 2 hours before the scheduled time of departure and closes 45 minutes prior to the departure time.
